I have not received my slippers. The shipper can not locate them and informed be last week they have nothing. I would like my $139.90 refunded. Please refund to my american express acct used to purchase them a month ago.

Heal does not hold up!

I bought these 2 years ago and the seam has begun to unravel on the heal and because the heal is so low to begin with and not reinforced in any meaningful way, when I tried to replace the inserts they came with due to wear, the new inserts will not stay in place and slip out if the ver low and degraded back heal. Do not buy this style and I hope they improve the manufacturing.
