Consumers have a right of revocation within 14 days.

You have to declare your intent to exercise your right to cancel this contract within 14 days of the last trackable step of the delivery process without giving reasons. Please note, we can only accept a return of your goods if they are in a perfect condition. The return has to arrive in the original manufacturers box which needs to be undamaged. You have to bear the full costs of the return shipment and any customs duties, taxes and fees thereby incurred.

The revocation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party delegated by you, which is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of an unambiguous statement (such as a letter sent by post, by fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract.

To comply with the revocation period it is sufficient that you submit the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline of 14 days.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you the amount you paid for your item/items. Excluded from the refund are any shipping costs you may have paid when placing the order or even a restocking fee. The refund will be initiated and repaid at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. To carry out this repayment we will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will this repayment lead to fees being charged to you.

We may refuse to refund payments until the goods are once again in our possession or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier date. You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen days.

You shall pay the direct costs of returning the goods. You must pay for a possible loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to your unnecessary handling of the goods to test their texture, properties and functioning.
