These slippers are just what I was looking for and only found here. I wanted a wool slipper with rubber sole and snug around the ankle to keep out drafts. And this slipper does all that. I was surprised to discover a bit of arch support, which is in the right place, so no awkward feeling. The felted wool boot is topped with knitted wool that rises to about an inch over my ankle, keeping it warm too. A more sensitive person might find the seam that runs along the top of the slipper annoying. I only felt it for the first week of wearing these. Now I don't notice it. The rubber sole is thin and flexible. Perfect for the quick step outside and sitting in top my feet while on the couch.
