I am sorry that I cannot give the best report, nor the one you probably deserve - but these slippers will not work for me. They were purchased for me by my sister (Renata Bruce, who lives in Elgin, IL). Unfortunately, they do not fit, as the slipper is much too narrow. Consequently, I cannot honestly nor accurately leave a response regarding "overall, comfort, style, nor service", since I was never able to wear the shoe. I wanted to return them, but the return policy is prohibitive to me - namely the additional cost, as well as the requirement to order something else, but keeping these. Seems wasteful to me. I'm sure this is a good product, I am simply unable to confirm it with my experience. - Rudi
