Different width slippers

The slippers I got for my husband as a gift, has different width. His foot in the right slipper is always moving sideways, not staying in place and a couple of times he almost twisted his ankle. I am very disappointed. Either your company has a terrible quality control, or it sends rejects to overseas knowing people won’t bother sending it back , paying high shipping cost. Annoying!
