Difficult to do business

I love the slippers, however, it is very difficult doing business with you. Because my slippers are too small, I have been trying to order another pair which would be my 3rd pair. I was told that the problem was probably coming from my bank, so I called my bank to discuss the problem. They told me it was not my card 😒,.

Great customer service. These slippers run about one size too small. I exchanged my normal size 43 for a 44 and they fit well in the length but they are quite wide for my very narrow feet. However, they are so comfortable that I am simply wearing thicker socks so they do not slide off my feet.

Quality, fit (I bought a 38 for my size 81/2-9 foot) stretched perfectly! Will buy again when I wear this out but from the looks of it may take awhile!

Love these slippers! They are wide, although I have a very narrow foot. I just wear them with socks. The arch support is amazing and adds to the comfort of these slippers. I normally wear a 41 in Birkenstocks, etc.but the 41 was just too small for comfort so I had to go ahead and order the 42. The shipping is crazy fast! I highly recommend these slippers!
