Material: We use particularly soft, mulesing-free wool from New Zealand for the Footprint series. Its softness lies somewhere between merino wool and normal wool, making it incredibly soft at the same time as it is extremely long-lasting and durable. It is ideal for wearing without socks and naturally ensures a sweat-free wearing comfort, as the air chambers incorporated in the felt are breathable. The sole is highly flexible and allows unrestricted freedom of movement. It's safe to wear outside, but avoid stepping into chemicals (such as petrol) as this will destroy the natural structure of the rubber.

Footprint: Are you wondering what the "footprint" is supposed to be? With WoolFit shoes, an anatomical hand-felted footbed is attached under the actual shoe. After just a short time, the foot creates its own footbed, its footprint, as the soft wool adapts to the contours of your feet. Note: Due to the particularly soft felt technique, the slippers give off wool fibers from time to time. Collect them regularly to keep them looking fresh. Don't just throw the wool in the garbage, but put it on the window sill, as it serves as ideal nesting material for birds.
