Shearling slippers made with fair trading conditionsWe put great emphasis on fair & direct trade during the production of our shearling slippers. Thanks to absence of intermediaries, we can, on the one hand, offer an unmatchable price-performance ratio to our customers. On the other hand, the money arrives where it actually should: with those who manufacture these amazing products for us, as well as with the Kyrgyz shepherds from whom we receive the shearling for our slippers. 
High-quality shearlingWe pay great importance to high-quality materials with a long-term supple skin sensation. Therefore we have decided on naturally grown shearling for our Lammbock slippers. It gets processed in its origal form, resulting in slippers that are made from resilient leather on the outside & lined with incomparably warm & fluffy wool (which usually gets referred to as the actual 'shearling' ). As shearling is a natural and thereby breathable material, our slippers provide cozy warmth without sweaty feet.

Namely our very own brand from Germany, our Kyrgyz manufactory as well as the shepherds who take care of their sheep all year long. More than 20 years experience with slippersWe have been selling slippers for more than 20 years now. The rising prices of shearling slippers & delivery bottlenecks from our previous suppliers have prompted us to create our very own brand of shearling slippers. This not only makes us more independent, but also allows us to use our experience to create slippers that are actively geared towards the needs & preferences of our customers. 
Shearling with high standards regarding animal welfareWe refrain from livestock farming by purchasing our shearling from Kyrgyzstan - a country in which western factory farming is entirely unknown and where the shepherds are in the open with their sheep almost all year round. As sheep meat is considered a specialty in Kyrgyzstan, the sheep are not bred for their fur. Therefore no mulesing takes place either, which often is the case with wool sheep, unfortunately. |
